I did Bikram yoga this morning for about the 3rd or 4th time.. I think I like it, but I'm still unsure. It's great because, I'm told you can burn up to around 1,000 calories in an hour, and you stay on your little yoga mat the whole time. but it's also a thousand degrees in there, and my body does NOT want to move into those weird stretches. The teachers says like.. "Bikram says..." and "Bikram wants..." welllll did Bikram ever mention that his whole body was double jointed and his bones were made of jelly? Who made him the authority on how the body should move...
